Good shepherd Sunday was this past Sunday and I had a fun time teaching it to my kindergarten RE class. Most of the kids wanted to be wolves and attacked the poor sheep when the hires shepherd was there. I've always taken the message, Isn't it great that our Shepherd is there to guide us but haven't reflected as much on what it means to be a sheep.
