Our lady,
My lady,
Thank you for believing in us, for reaching your arms out to us,
Broken and barren and overbearing and burdened by all matter of things that is dust and transitory.
Thank you for appearing, over and over,
Showing us how to get a point across,
With patience, with love,
And a touch of miraculous when needed.
Thank you for the rich culture of faith you inspired in Mexico, which fanned out to the Americas and the world.
My faith, my family, could never have been as it is, without the ripples of your miracle hundreds of years ago.
Mary, patroness of the Americas, patroness of the unborn,
You are the patron of our home.
Guard and protect us,
Enfield us in your mantle of victory, of triumph,
Of love, with the strength of your son,
Who is love.
Amen.
